Very soon (hopefully sooner rather than later!) I will have given birth to two babies in less than three years. After I had my daughter, I kind of got back to exercising and eating right, but it was hard knowing we wanted children that were pretty close in age. What was the use of getting back in shape just to get pregnant again?

But after this second baby, we are probably complete as a family. (I mean, I’d never rule out another kid completely, but two might be right for us.) So after this labor and delivery, I am so excited to get my body back.

Getting my body back doesn’t mean getting super skinny or going gung-ho to get fit ASAP. It just means making myself and my health a priority and focusing on making forward progress to be strong and healthy. After having your body house a baby for nine months, it is nice to feel in control of it again. This time around, I put together a postpartum exercise kit so I am ready to move towards my goal of being healthy once I am cleared to exercise.

After this baby, I am determined to get my body back. Not in a "get super skinny" sort of way, but just reclaiming myself and my health. So I put together a post-partum exercise kit to help motivate me to get it done. quirkyandthenerd.com #ad #AGummyYouCanTrust

One of the ways I want to motivate myself to actually make these workouts happen is by having everything I need ready to pull out at a moment’s notice. So I put together a kit with everything I’ll need (even a few new things!) Here is what I included:

One thing I knew I would need was something to support my energy. Let’s face it, as a new mom, I won’t exactly be brimming with energy! So I found Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies to help. Nature Made® Energy†† B12 Adult Gummies contain 1000 mcg vitamin B12 per serving.

The nice thing is that they even come in delicious Cherry and Mixed Berry flavors, so it isn’t like taking some of those other flavorless gummy vitamins. They even look tasty!

Nature Made® has partnered with the USP, an independent 3rd party, nonprofit organization that tests its gummies for purity and potency so you get the added assurance that it has the nutrients you’re seeking. They are the first gummies to get USP certification, so I know they are safe for me and my body. Learn more about Nature Made and USP here.

For now, I have the entire kit tucked away in my closet, ready for me to get it out and get working!
